Definitions
SME stands for Small and Mid-size Enterprises.
The eight business disciplines are the science behind scaling a business. It refers to the eight basic management disciplines that successful scale-up leaders follow to grow their business. Consistently implementing the 250 practices related to the eight disciplines is empirically proven to grow businesses and requires building maturity in each discipline, layer-by-layer as a business scales up and becomes more complex to scale.

The Business Maturity Index (BMIx) is a single summary score out of 100 indicating the overall maturity of your company across the eight business disciplines. The more complex your business is to scale, the higher your BMIx score needs to be for you to successfully scale. Factors driving up your business complexity include your product complexity, market rate of change, and your company growth rate.
SaaS is Software as a Service. Instead of buying a very expensive license fee to use the software, you pay an affordable amount each month to use it. The software is hosted in the cloud, and users access its features and applications remotely. The significant benefits of a SaaS platform over legacy approaches to software include affordability, flexibility, and free and regular product updates and new feature releases.

NXT-9 X-Ray
The NXT-9 X-Ray is a customised assessment of a business’ scalability in eight important business building disciplines. It highlights your business’ strengths and weaknesses and provides AI-powered recommendations. The tool also enables tracking and updating your progress.
The NXT-9 X-Ray enables you to:
• Conduct a comprehensive online assessment of the eight business disciplines in your company to determine your Business Maturity Index (BMIx) score and readiness to scale.
• Receive a prioritised list of the next milestones that your business must reach on its path to scaling growth.
• Receive an interactive, online assessment report customised for your company that identifies a prioritised list of the gaps that your business must close to scale and specific, actionable recommendations to do so.
• Accelerate your growth by constantly updating your plan, setting new, measurable goals and tracking your progress.
The X-Ray is best suited for an entrepreneurial business in the scale-up stage of its business lifecycle that is not growing, or not growing as fast as it could or needs to, and the CEO doesn’t know what is wrong or how to fix it and is struggling with the crises and stress of being stuck.
It takes around 1,5 to 2 hours to do the complete X-Ray covering all eight business disciplines. However, you can complete each sectionof the X-Ray separately and receive the results immediately. You can be working on an action plan to solve your top priority weak links in 20 minutes! You can then complete the rest of the survey, starting with Strategy, Execution. People and followed by whatever section is most relevant to your business. Each survey section is laid out as a separate Discipline Card on your NXT-9 dashboard showing you the estimated time to complete the section, as well as your progress. You can resume any time from where you last left off by simply clicking on the Card.

Pricing & Payment
NXT-9’s subscription fee is US$85 per month. The first 12 months is to be paid upfront, in advance, thereafter monthly. The subscription facilitates improvement of all your management disciplines with NXT-9’s full X-Ray. Visit our Pricing page for more details. Business coaches have free access for now to our coach portal including a license to use NXT-9’s platform in their coaching practice, as well as full access to NXT-9’s Academy.
NXT-9 does not offer any discounts. Our Freemium option is, however, free of charge for up to 10 users to access the NXT-9 Execution X-Ray and Execution sections of the Academy.
NXT-9 will give your money back if you don’t see value in its technology.

Our emails include an option for clients to unsubscribe. Just follow the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email, and you will stop receiving emails.
